I can't unlock new tonics and my table looks nothing like the videos I've seen on YouTube. The top of my tonic table says "tonic types" but I don't have the two menus to go into to craft new ones. I just have the 7 uncommon tonics listed out. Then I have the two rows of recently crafted tonics. So I can't unlock the new rarities or the 9 tonics at all. I assume this is a bug because the game is telling me nothing to unlock it. I've finished Act 1 already...
