I bought 3 Nerf Ace of spades, only got 1 ornament
I bought 3 nerf ace of soades guns, the order said id get 3 ornaments with it, which shouldnt be a mistake given that you only got 1 emblem even though 3 were bought, i recieved 1 and used it. However i never got the 2nd or third ornament. I opened a customer service request and keep getting non responses from an automated system.

Bungie.net and the Bungie Store are totally separate and operated by different parties. Nobody on this website (Bungie.net) can assist you with Bungie Store issues. Your only solution is to continue working with the Bungie Store team. You may not like it, but they are the only people who can assist you. -
And before i get berated for not opening a bungie store support ticket. I did. They have been sending me in a loop of telling me to wait 2 days and then me waiting to days only for them to tell me to wait for 2 more days. Also its 100% an automated message because it keeps talking about the emblem when my issue is with the missing 2 ornaments, i already got the emblem, that was stated to only be a single emblem from the order, the order however tells me i will get 3 ornaments and have thus far gotten only 1.
