Do NOT bring back Wipe=Restart For Nightfall.
This is the WORST idea bungie...
A system where score determines the LEVEL of additional reward, and where completion still grants the Zavala engram— that would be fine.
But the timer is the BEST thing that has happened to nightfalls...
Bungie DO NOT go back to the D1 wipe restart system for nightfalls. It was HORRIBLE. It’s part of the reason I quit D1.
PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR D2 FANS AND NOT THE D1 HATERS WHO WILL NEVER BE HAPPY NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU TRY TO PLEASE THEM!!!

1 RispondiI 100% prefer wipe to timer. The permanent timer is asinine and forces “run through 90% of the content” play style. I’ll allow other might prefer a timer to wipe. [i]But to say timers are the best thing to happen to Nightfalls?![/i] I don’t understand why Bungie doesn’t do the obvious. Keep both as options - you know, like modifiers? Timers would be fine once in a while. The Nightfall (wipe) modifier is fine. Make everyone happy. Mix it up.

3 RisposteI loved that part about D1 nightfall’s. It keep you on the edge of your seat when one or two of the members died and the last one left had to find a way to either revive them or take on the rest of the bosses health

You're right Sierra. The timer forces players to spend a certain amount of time on the nightfall. If you wipe, it could take more time to complete than you are willing to spend. Which is a problem for a working person. Some people wouldn't know what that's like ;)
