Gwisin Vest Locked?
Just curious of any other Hunters not being able to get this to drop. I main a Hunter and have all other exotics unlocked. I constantly keep receiving Exotic drops that I already have and just wondering if I'm the only one.

If it's the only Exotic you need then you're gonna have a low chance of getting to drop.
