Hello, I have been playing Destiny 2 since the beta and recently purchased Destiny 2 Forsaken for a friend of mine. I purchased Forsaken (hard copy) through Amazon and when it came, sent the refer a friend link to my friend, brought the game to him, helped him set up character and bungie.net account. Unfortunately we have not been able to pick the quest up from Hawthorne yet. Is there something that went wrong or some steps we did not do correctly? It has been less than 7 days since he loaded the disc onto his PS4. Please help us understand what we need to do to successfully pick the quest up. Thank You, Beaut
