Solution to the endless nerf/buff debate: Weekly Weapon Resets
Title.
I think all of us have earned weapons that were nerfed into oblivion, at some point, because people complained or there was a genuine glitch or exploit. So what if we had a weekly weapon modifier that spanned all activities? Each week a weapon archetype would be buffed, or nerfed, but never a combination of both. IMO, it would give some long archived weapons a week to shine, and a refreshing change of pace. Bungie always wants the players to change what weapons they use anyways, wouldn't this help rotate the crucible experience? Relieve playstyle "fatigue"? I most recently switched from Hunter main to Warlock after researching a build I'd enjoy, just to keep it fresh. As much as I hate how often Bungie changes things, this would be something I would enjoy because it would only last a week. Maybe it would relieve the nerf/buff posts on the forums a bit.

1 RispondiGot to think how it will effect individual quests. Iron Banner for example. If one specific weapon type is stronger than others for the week, getting kills with other weapons becomes much harder. I just see it developing another problem eventually.

3 RisposteBuddy they already said they are sun setting weapons because they can’t keep updating and looking at every weapon. You want them to play with weapon values every week? If you ever seen office space, get those TPS reports to me um Kay.
