Myself and a group of friends were part of a clan and left due to a variety of reasons that mainly boil down to the clan leader being unstable and being enabled by a small group of other members. This included kicking other clan members for minor reasons after dealing out massive abuse, stalking their accounts afterwards and up to and including contacting their work to get them fired. The most recent thing that pushed as a group to leave on mass was the sending of illicit images in chat (Facebook clan chat not bungie) which is inappropriate in itself and there were minors in the chat, which is super inappropriate. This prompted us to leave and cut ties, taking a chunk of people with us.
After this people received abusive messages from the prior clan leader and last night one of our admin’s account was broken into, clan members were kicked, and their account had characters deleted, among other changes made to their account (this is an account of an individual our prior clan leader knew was a minor) including unsavoury changes to their gamertag and profile picture. They also used this account to alter our description and motto to insults and statements priorly messaged by the prior clan leader, confirming to us if there was any doubt that this individual was responsible.
We split off as a group to get away from this person and their drama and vitriol, and obviously simply blocking the guy and leaving. I’m hoping that someone could suggest an actin that could be taken at this point, as Bungie doesn’t have a support ticket system to directly raise this with them.
Tldr: Prior clan leader is a psychopath who is continuing to stalk us after we have left and is attempting to break into our accounts. What can I do?

If the harassment is happening on bungie.net, please report it to the Ninjas to take a look at. If it's a message such as a PM, you can directly report that message from the message options; otherwise, you can speak to any Ninja about it by contacting them: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/255429770/0/0 If it's happening on other platforms outside of bungie.net, unfortunately there's nothing Bungie or their moderators can do. You would want to reach out to that platform support to report them. I also suggest you guys change your account credentials and enable 2FA for extra security if you haven't already. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12718

Hey there! You may report him on Bungie.net by clicking on his profile and using the report button and a Ninja will get to it eventually. Bungie also does not interfere with clan matters, so there is nothing they can do if something happens inside a clan.
