Since the end of May, I have been getting frames of around 40 on the tangled shore and other places. The game stutters and tears. Pretty much unplayable. Everything turned off and at low. Gpu usage is 70% and below. Doesn’t rise when I push it. This is limited to destiny only! Game is unplayable. Tried windowed mode etc, resetting shaders and doing a fresh install. Tried all the reddit and youtube fixes with no result. Prior to the update I was getting solid frames. I am aware that this is an ongoing issue which bungie are “trying to fix” so I am not asking for solutions, just adding my experiences so that Bungie can see that this is still an issue and will loose players who may not be as patient over this.
