Was playing some survival and got heavy ammo for Queenbreaker (300 charge time). Challenged a sniper and got a shot off, however the opponent didn't get blinded (could tell they weren't since they lacked the red haze over their head) and then they knocked me out with a headshot. I feel as if I should've won the encounter if the Queenbreaker really did blind my opponent. Does this exotic blind in pvp? or did my opponent just get a lucky shot while blinded?
