Who can I talk w/about items deleted from the rollback?
So when servers came back online my fractethyst shotgun was deleted which was a God rolled gun and extremely hard to get back as only drops at xur or in dares every 4 weeks I'm not one to complain much but having spent the last few months farming hours and hours of dares runs, bounties to get this just to have it taken away is something I can't get over can someone from support please help?

Unfortunately you’ll have to try and get it to drop again. Bungie won’t add it to your account.
