It's been over two years since players, including myself, faced issues receiving emails from Bungie regarding armor votes, trials map votes, and the 'Your Year in Destiny' summaries. Although many players reported that this issue was resolved, I'm still not receiving these emails. Additionally, I recently made purchases from the Bungie store that included in-game items, and I've also redeemed some free emblems. However, neither the free emblems nor the in-game items from the Bungie Store are appearing in my collections. Can anyone advise on how to address this?

Beginning with the launch of Season of the Witch, items such as pre-order rewards and secret stash bundles have been moved off the Cryptarch and to the new Special Deliveries Kiosk in the Tower near Banshee.
