Exotic Armor Ornament
I bought 2 exotic ornaments from eververse about 2 days ago. I only started playing D2 about a month ago, and didn't realize that I needed the exotic to get the ornament until after I opened and claimed it. Is there any way to get a refund still?

Hey there, as you saw, Silver purchases go to a special wrapped engram inventory, which gives you the final choice on whether to open the item, or to refund it. Unfortunately if you open the item here, it can no longer be refunded.
