Bug Report - Cold Steel trait does not proc on Caster Frame Sword Heavy Attacks
When using a Caster Frame sword such as Ill Omen with the trait Cold Steel, heavy attacks do not apply any Slow stacks to PvE combatants. The perk description states that powered sword attacks will apply Slow. Light attacks do correctly apply Slow, freezing a target in 3 light attacks. Hitting a combatant with 5+ heavy attacks does not freeze the same enemy.

Modificato da DE4TH: 9/1/2024 7:06:37 PMAlso on ergo sum, the are conductor perk does not activate randomly and you get instantly annihilated. It also is not working past a certain range. So if you are a few feet two far away from a boss or ad, the arc damage goes straight through the conductor. Fix it so this weapon will actually be talked about. It’s completely worthless with endgame content and anything difficult. It’s a blast to use but the bugs have destroyed it.
