Insight terminus bug: arc charge from cabal centurions can spawn inside terrain
The cabal centurion got killed mid-air, above the crates. Somehow arc charge got dropped through them, appearing under terrain. My teammates and me were unable to get it. We resolved this by wiping and restarting the encounter.
