Can't get Riskrunner Catalyst
I can't get the quest on my character, tried everything. Looked up the walkthroughs and I don't get that quest, can't get it from the kiosk either. I created an entirely new character that was able to get it. I think the issue is that I am a returning player from around 2018 I think so I got the gun long ago but never did the quest for the catalyst.

2 RisposteYou get the quest after the new light quest Means you would have had to take this from the quest archive and do it on the other character to get the riskrunner quest afterwards But hey, have fun
