Encore Glitched me out!
I was at the end of a solo run on Encore, and I died. So when I respawned, I was in the Ancillary hub with ZERO PORTALS OPEN! I could not escape nor rocket myself to try and hope the respawn would work to put me back at the final boss. But NNNNNOOOOOOOO! WHAT THE HELL?;!?!???!

Im beginning to think that bug happened cuz of bad design in boss room. No safe place to respawn without all those vex murdering you on the spot.

Yup, I feel ya pain, just happened to me as well. Got the boss down to quarter health too! Apparently from what I've read so far, this bug has been around since encore began. A lot of time wasted. I have other games to fall back on that are not bugged. Maybe in the next year or 2 things will improve with the devs or they find other jobs. Time will tell.
