Eliksne goes to station to escape Salvation and Scorn. They find plans to build giant Ether generator and they want to live like Kings. One of the many clones of Atraks finds the station. This clone is corrupted by something. Atraks clones starts to kidnap Eliksne and pull them into Hivemind that it’s in control of. Atraks turns Ether generator into communication relay. Communication relay needs a lot of power, thus the Arc Energy, but because it’s so much power, it releases massive unstable pulses of Arc Energy that is yellow instead of the usual blue Communication relay is fired to who knows where. We kill Atraks. Communication relay is fired again, this time sending a message from Clovis Bray. We receive a message (not sure if we deciphered it yet or not). The AI, Vesper, does not like anyone anymore. That’s essentially it.

Its just a repackaged Deep Stone Crypt. Appears to be what remains of the spaceship we destroyed in DSC, with lots of damage & debris. You use Scanner and Operator augments to shoot keypads & break into the ship. First encounter has no real boss, just deposit nuke cores into bins & damage the system (like 3rd encounter DSC). The second encounter adds Suppressor buff, more keypads & a huge servitor boss surrounded by a gang of mini-servitors. The meta-strategy here would be hunter void tether, but of course Bungie disabled that specific super for the WHOLE dungeon. In the 3rd encounter, there are tons of Atraks copies & you use scanner to figure out which is the correct one (again, just like DSC).

Something on the other side of the portal is turning the fallen in the dungeon into like a hive mind group. Whatever is on the other side of the portal is also corrupting energy, which is why, instead of the blue arc energy, it's orange instead. If I remember right, whatever is on the other side is either trying to spread its corruption or breach through the portal.
