I was just watching Bradley’s video on YouTube of him Shepa’ing a few new players, who have never done a raid before, through Crota’s End. The title, and the running joke throughout the video was that he was the #1 Sherpa and it got me thinking…
“#1 Sherpa” should 100% be a title seal in the game and it should require you to beat each raid with at least 2 fireteam members who have never cleared it prior (in a single run). Plus require you to Sherpa 50 players in total across all raids (lifetime). Might actually encourage a lot of veteran players to grab new players, instead of every post saying “KWTD” 😅 it would do just as much (if not more) for getting new players into the raiding community as fireteam finder did. It’s a simple thing, requires no complex new system or content for Bungie to make. I mean they have a similar triumph in the Trials Seal, why wouldn’t they have it for Raids? It can only help with getting new players to Raid. (Also a condition of having it be considered a “Sherpa” run should be that you have to have cleared the raid at least once prior to the Sherpa run). What do you guys think??

I would pursue the seal just to have it, but that's it. And the example requirements you listed I've already cleared pretty significantly, so there's no real reason for me to go back and sherpa, which may be similar to already established sherpas. Most sherpas I know don't really do it for a title or recognition, but just for the good feeling of helping others. The ones that do like to show off their numbers typically do so in the emblem stat trackers. I'm not trying to rain on your parade...just giving my two cents on the topic.
