Sundered Doctrine Chest Armour Drop Issue
The chest Armour drop rate from Sundered Doctrine can't possibly be at the intended weight if it is dropping at all for certain players.
My own bad rng aside for 21 Final encounter clears (which supposedly has 2 chances to acquire the chest) - the teams and players I've been farming with equally aren't seeing the chest Armour drop.

There extremely low drop chance if not bugged, I've ran 8 full runs on my titan and have only ever gotten boots and gauntlets. On hunter only helmet and gauntlets, warlock only gauntlets not a single chest piece across 3 characters.
