Giorno Giovanna from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. Why? [spoiler]Because he develops an ability that prevents anybody from ever hurting him in any way. Any action taken against him is negated and he doesn't even need to be aware of it.[/spoiler] Not bad for a guy whose outfit is covered in hearts and ladybugs.
