So I recently finished the raid on my hunter. I got the ToM quest and I've completed the part of the quest where you defeat the one taken knight on The Undying Mind strike. Anyways I get that part done, go back to Eris and talk to her. I collect me reward and then that was it, she didn't give me the next part of the quest. I don't know why this happened, but I think I have an idea. My hunter doesn't have the Taken War quest done. [b]Do you need to complete The Taken War quest to get Touch of Malice?[/b]
