The main thing being that Destiny is the first of four games in the series, and each game will have an expansion pack codenamed comet. It also mentions that 10% of the bungie team are able to produce their upcoming game 'marathon' after $ 375,000,000 of income is made through the destiny business and that once they get to 750,000,000 then 25% can work on it. ’ if 33 per cent of the Bungie staff leave the studio within any twelve month period prior to the master copy of Comet number four (due 2020) then Activision has, in certain circumstances, the authority to assume control of the game’s IP, as well as a licence to use the proprietary ‘Destiny Game Engine’. VALVE, EPIC, GEARBOX studios are banned from developing any Destiny or Comet conversions or adaptations but Activision can develop their own conversions or adaptations with their in-house studios if bungie agrees.
