Completed the Age of Triumph book and have not received a code to redeem for the shirt. When I log into Bungie.net (and enter my PSN login) and go to the AOT t-shirt offer is says my time has expired. I have followed the online direction with no avail. Please let me know if I'm doing something incorrect or if I can be supplied a new code for the t-shirt offer.
