Destiny 2 Striker Titan Montage w/ PC Specs, thoughts, and some bomb ass songs
hey, here's a montage I made accumulating 3 days of the beta (18 hours give or take in total), it's pretty cool
from a guy named Titan, who mains a Titan, to all the Titan lovers out there (and everyone else I suppose)
my thoughts and opinions on the beta/gameplay are below if you care for that, discuss if you want, I'm excited for the full release :)
OPINIONS ON BETA (FOR PC)
So i played the beta on both PC and Console, and I have to say, I much better enjoyed it on the PC. Not only because of the smooth framerates, how beautiful everything looks and the fact that there's so much more you can do on PC compared to console, but gunplay, tactics, and everything is just so much better.
PVE Wise, considering there was literally only two PVE events? It was fine, good to test out the controls and supers and everything, I like where it is and with all the stuff they've revealed, I'm excited for how content filled it's going to be.
PVP, well, let's just say I had waaaaay too much fun. All of these clips come from my 3 days of playing the beta, so in total about 18 hours worth of gameplay, which left me with a lot of time to feel the difference and everything. Compared to console, some funs worked way better to me (as you can see from the video, Hand Cannons for one) as well as Sub-Machine guns, althought I stuck to the Perserverance Auto Rifle for easy clean ups. The recoil was a lot easier to handle and aiming was a breeze without deadzones and with 2 hours of practice and the right settings.
Jumping into it, I immediately started off as my favorite class, obviously, the Titan. The first hour didn't leave me happy considering M & KB was a new environment for me with destiny, and I got a little tilted. And with how versatile Warlocks were again, as well as Hunters a bit, I took a break and considered switching my main. But maaaaan, when I got back on and tried and got use to everything, I remembered why I fell in love with the Striker Titan. Even more so now that it's a roaming super.
Overall, it was a lot of fun playing, especially with the aggressive and tactical play style I have, as well as my team.
I liked the fact Quickplay didn't have MMR or SBMM (Skill Based Match Making) as each match was either a challenge or just a fun time. If the full game pushes with no SBMM for Quickplay BUT WITH SBMM for Competitive, I think I wouldn't mind that at all.
tl;dr : it was cool, I had fun, here's some clips.
Thanks :)
