I play the game for what it is to me, a chance to immerse myself outside of reality for an hour or two and just blow stuff up. I dig the music playing during missions, strikes, patrols, public events. I dig how some events are a combination of certain D1 strikes and activities. I dig the D1 jabs that's made during the campaign. Most importantly, I've always enjoyed the people I played with over the years as they've helped me get through some of my rougher times in real life and with a few quests in D1 and D2. If all of this makes me a fanboy or Desticle, fine. It's my perspective on the game. With that said, we've seen the devs and managers on live stream get their butts handed to them starting with D1 having that all girl fireteam and Deej or Cosmo getting absolutely destroyed. And the comments, uncalled for later on. However, that's the community expressing to them their frustrations with the game when their voice wasn't heard. We all know what can be done to improve D2. And I see D2 as not a revamp of D1. I see it as an entity trying to make a legacy like D1. So, let's be honest here, D2 ain't D1 and D1 ain't D2. Quit trying to make them one and the same. And I promise you, you'll get a better understanding. And before you jump on with drive by Trollings, find a better way to get your point across not to the community, but to Bungie and Activision.
