At the moment yes microsoft and sony are giving refunds of the base game. however blizzard won't be able to unless the purchase was within a few days. I am not here to rant like everyone else what the hell is wrong with the game because we all know it. I am just heavily disappointed and either would like a refund of the game or a fix for the vanilla players that we won't be locked out of previous content with a paywall. you done goofed bungie/activision
