Wait a minute. This just says that 3oC doesn’t work better in heroic strikes than normal strikes. It otherwise says it working as expected and grants 50% greater chance of an exotic drop. This can’t be true considering that in 12 hours of using 3oC I got 1 (ONE) exotic engram. In 3 hours without I got 3 (about 1 per hour). If it raises the chance 50% I should have been getting about 1.5 per hour or 6 over the time 3oC was active. I know it’s RNG based but the numbers don’t correspond with the post. Even at a low rate I would expect 3-4 over the 4 hours 3oC was active.
