I went into the secret room near the hanger to scan Ana Brays journal, I had an icon on a character when I went around the hall for some reason. Once I got up there I noticed a new ghost scanning it. It's not a players, it's an NPC'ish newer shell ghost with an aura around it continually scanning the journal. Can any lore masters possibly say whom the ghost may belong? New shell new character? Maybe un-redacting the journal for new DLC? Thanks in advance for any ideas or info.
