Playing traitor...
It’s a risky move, but can be beneficial if it’s done with the right people. And I think I picked the right people.
I had left the moment Sevestapol mentioned that Malex forged some sort of “new golden gun” whatever that meant. To whom I was approaching? Well, the Vanguard.
Told them everything I knew. Even mentioned about the crap that was going down involving Sevestapol and that “Black Knight” chick that Drifter had running stuff for him.
Suffice to say, they were pleasantly shocked. They said that they’d look into it as soon as they could, glad I heard that. Yet...
Well something felt, wrong. I couldn’t put my finger on it, but how on Earth could Sevestapol, a guardian just like everyone else, manage to tank TWO Hunter supers like it was nothing?
Drifter wanted that Diane chick for something more than just to retrofit his crew with Golden Age tech...and I think I knew what.
I had asked Sevestapol to what it was Drifter wanted, and she told me. Apparently Diane knew something involving the light.
Details on this? Sevestapol never clarified...
And one more thing to note. Sevestapol had gotten something from that Black Knight...a weapon that shouldn’t deserve to exist as much as the Thorn. A weapon that’s on par with its Guardian kill rate.
Sevestapol’s got a Malfeasance, along with the Thorn....
