New player - after intro - "don't have required content...." to continue

I used to place Destiny quite a lot many years ago. Recently downloaded it onto my console, didn't do the 'cross-save' accounts thing as I decided to just start fresh...
Have played through the intro, but then when it ends (After you get the ship), after the cut scenes I get the above error message. I"ve tried:
1. with another new character
2. restarting the ps4
3. restoring the licenses
4. leaving the ps4 off for 5 mins (to clear the cache)
5. checking ps4 set as primary device
Out of ideas short of uninstalling and reinstalling (which takes about half a day as 90gb+)

You may want to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]clear your console cache[/url] and then try accessing the game again. If that doesn't work, you may want to uninstall the game, [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]clear your console cache[/url], then reinstall the game.
Is your account name on ps4 the same as this Bungie account? If yes then all I see if the Red war on your account nothing else. What did you download from the PlayStation store?
