I've been struggling with acquiring the Massacre medal to get the triumph associated with the Reckoning title. I've tried everything. I would get the kills on almost every enemy but I never get it. I have 12 medals but only 4 counted. I'm wearing the full set of reaper gear. Any tips for me from those who acquired it?
