Anyone else having this bug?? Hunter Class, Cloak--Currently, have the Powerful Friends mod applied on my cloak as well as a secondary mod so I get the extra stat increase. But, I'm not getting the extra stat increase even with the secondary mod equipped. It's an Arc charge if that's any help.
