Greetings, I have just completed the 3rd step of the Ascending the Divisions quest related to Competitive in Destiny 2 however I am unable to complete the quest as Lord Shaxx fails to open the quest related dialogue/screen when talking to him within the tower, thus i am locked out of completing the quest and receiving the rose hand cannon.
