Can someone explain to mean what the point of DCV is again? Because every since it was introduced, game performance has RAPIDLY gone right done the drain. Worst part is Bungie STILL refuses to give any real insight as to why this game performs like a 3 legged horse in the Kentucky Derby. This is like…really embarrassing.
