Hey there, this is correct. Because it lacks the glowing parts that the other prestige parts have, it is physically identical to the standard Shadow's Cloak, the regular Leviathan Cloak. It just has a different default shader. Because of this, only one transmog option is offered, Shadow's Cloak.
