I finished the Xenology step to complete activities yesterday, moving onto the step where I need to wait for Xur to show up. I login and the Xenology quest is gone from my quest screen and it is now constantly blinking. Talking to Xur does not complete the quest either and another Xenology quest does not show up without completing the previous one. The quest is also not in the archive. I am now stuck without a way to earn Exotic Cypher's.
