Cross Save deleted a character
Last year, I switched from PS5 to PC and started a cross save. My account had lost everything, including my vault. The only things I still had were Titles and Collections data. All of my legendary gear and 500+ hours of loot was lost and the account appears to be deleted now according to https://wastedondestiny.com/
Is there any way that Bungie can recover that account? I really want my raid weapons and armor back.

Cross-save did not delete a character. Either you did or someone with access to your account(s) deleted them. The only way to delete a character is to log into the game and perform a set number of actions, which includes a confirmation. Deleted characters and gear cannot be recovered no matter what. All armor be on Collection —> Armor All Weapons be on Collection—> Weapons
