Raids are experiences, not stress scenarios. We finish raids yes, but our emphasis is on having fun together. We raid for fun and love joking with each other. 3. We want patient raiders who can give/take jokes and don't want to be put down because they are having a hard time understanding a raid mechanic. Only good people with no drama should apply. 4. If you are a raid "try hard" that's fine! We've got many of those in here.
