This post summarizes warlock melee bugs I tested. Some of them was discovered a year ago and still no fix. Bungie pls look into these if you haven't already.
Chain Lightning
- When snapping to an enemy, the player can quickly activate their class ability. Doing so will cancel out the animation of the charged melee but giving back full melee energy while proc the effect of chain lightning. - During certain movements of the player/enemy, the chain lightning melee will not proc but use up all melee energy. (posted) (video: https://youtu.be/iIUrl8-F6-E) (also in reddit link)
- While being transcendent, the player has infinite charge of chain lightning melee. Triggering the previous stated bug seem to reset the melee energy to zero and making it to enter cooldown as intended. (not addressed) (video: https://youtu.be/ooX4YqWICis)
Pocket Singularity
- Pocket singularity does not make enemy explode by volatile if they are killed by the melee projectile. It seems that the enemy is considered dead before the volatile was applied. (posted) (video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sfo30U9shg8)

For the Pocket Singularity video, this ability does apply volatile, but enemies will only explode when taking additional damage after becoming volatile. Since they weren't damaged again after becoming volatile, no explosion will occur.
