Edit: 1) Can we also talk about that this is also tied to Guardian Rank promotion from 10 to 11, and that the only reason for not being able to promote is this RNGesus? 2) Also, if a player Guilds their Conquerer title at Guardian Rank 9 (or below), they shouldn't have to run a GM again at Guardian Rank 10 to get to 11.
