This bug with your system happens a while ago and you said you where going to fix this but I still have not received my name change token I was u fairly targeted by your haywire system can I please have my token I much appreciate that !

Hey there, if you can enter a new name into the name change box, then that means you do have a name change token available.
If you're putting the old name in and trying to submit that, then it is likely it is just being rejected. Bungie is still trying to fix that, to allow the old names to be used.
However if you're specifically asking about the name change, then I can confirm that if you definitely do NOT have a name change available, then you will be unable to enter a new name, and also it will say 'No name changes available' below in red letters. If this message is not present, then you do have a name change, and could still use it (on a different name) if you wished.
