Note that doing so would mean that only the progress from your selected active account would be visible, and your characters from other accounts would be dormant while Cross Save is enabled. 2) Can you provide a more detailed explanation of the issue you're experiencing? 3) What quests do you believe were reset? 4) Would you be able to provide evidence of the issue, like screenshots and videos? Uploading to a public video hosting site like YouTube works best for videos, whereas you should upload any screenshot you wish to provide to a public source such as IMGUR.
