Yep, still broken as of today's Tuesday Update (Nov. 5). Stuck at Step 1 of 4 of my Tonic Brewing Guide, having previously completed it and cannot create any potions with my character, because I can't gather ingredients from the shelf, it is just a no-op every time I try and I am prompted to gather them once again after a brief delay. Why can't Bungie just remove this stupid quest from all characters until they fix it, so we can make potions?
