This issue was listed in the 11/14/24 TWID, but it is not included in the most recent Known Issues list. I didn't see it mentioned as fixed in the recent patch. Is this still an ongoing issue, as it impacted me. I don't have the weapon, but I have the catalyst marked as complete in my collections. "If players advance to the point where the Ice Breaker Catalyst is meant to drop before they own the weapon, the Triumph for the Catalyst will be auto completed, and the player will not be able to acquire the Catalyst."
