This is one of the most important videos made about destiny and maybe even gaming itself IMO. I have been trying to raise awareness for years and it is so well outlined in this vid. Watch and be educated, or agree with things you may have suspected for a long time now...the fence is not to keep the wolves out they are already in, the fence is to contain the sheep.

Duh. Every game exploits players in one way or another to make money. You know, because that's how you make money and stay in business. This isn't some informative video, it's just something for morons that don't understand capitalism.

Dude - it's a video game that cost you $60. Stop acting like this is a crime against humanity and protest something that matters.

What has the world come to? A company wants us to keep us addicted to their product? And make us repeat paying customers??? The audacity!!!
I have been trying to raise awareness for years
What a great humanitarian you are. Without you we may have gone all these years just playing games because we enjoy them. Shame on us. Thanks for showing us the light so that we might break free from our Earthly gaming bonds and transcend to true enlightenment.

My god you had to post a video now, what most of us new back in September.... You only now clue in to what RNG stands for ??? Random Number Generator, yup like gambling at slot machines. HOW can you be in The Dark Below, and not realize what's Taken place

I just don't see this issue. Everyone who plays Destiny knows exactly what this video is saying, but why is it bad? At one point in the video he says "if you want to play for an hour, there is something to do. If you want to play for a weekend, there is something to do." He says this like a bad thing, like having so many things to grind is somehow deceptive. Why? I love Destiny because I always have something to grind, and I'm always working towards something. So long as the basic game mechanics, the shooting and movement, are solid (and they are) then the game is fun, and having the chance of being rewarded for spending time in said game isn't bad at all.

I used to race pigeons, I like pigeons. I like this game, there fore everything has come full circle. As a result of which I believe the game owes me a gally, possibly.

Okay IMO that's not the most important about destiny. The most important thing about destiny is that mother-blam!-er you can stop playing whenever you want, it's not an actual addiction if you're not an actually thinking human person. If you think this game is some sort of evil machine taking advantage of you/people then double up on that tin foul because the evil space satellites are also beaming you communist objectives.

This is how I look at Destiny, for a chance for a great weapon and to have some fun. I play once in a while, gaming ain't my whole life. Go karts here cost 10€ for 10 minutes and every once in a while I do it. It's fun! I like to play Destiny from time to time. I played for more than 300 hours now, for 84€ in total. In my mind, that's worth it. Destiny, 9€ (bargain, right?) DLC's, 40€ Xbox Live, 35€

It's kind of intimidating what they are doing. Everything he said in the video can be seen clearly in Destiny... we are starved of content, rewards are random, and we cant trade-why? Because they want us to spend more time and money on it.
