Make some ridiculously difficult quest missions to attain an upgraded Zhalo SIVAcell, which has the ability to switch damage types, Arc with chain lighting, Fire with fiery chain blasts and Void with chained voidanchors. Make it to where the gun can only be used for PVE, since it is the ONLY primary weapon with a damage type as it stands. Additionally, make it to where if it is being used on single target, it debuffs to kinetic damage. Any thoughts on this Guardians?!?
