my god I have never seen such a broken map, if you are ever against a team that is better than you or at equal skill, and they have bravo side they will win. bravo: has the advantage of being able to hold down cap point right away, heavy ammo spawns closer to bravo, bravo will always have high ground advantage on every gunfight vs alpha. alpha team: camp in the back with 3 snipers and let bravo get flag point because theyre either closer/are able to capture it? now I know theres going to be some of you who say, "oh but my team did this while we had alpha side and we won," I get it, that's cool, but I'm talking about 2 teams of equal skill, theoretically bravo just simply has every advantage and pretty much wins. as alpha team, here are you're options: 1. go left into party room. have one guy try to bait nades by having him stay on the staircase while the others rotate around the hallway where the heavy box spawns in a 6v6, the people rotating jump up into party room and wreck with a shotgun. bravo can counter this by simply not taking the full on bait with the guy on staircase (so basically have a brain) and waiting for the others to rotate, the ones that rotated are now stuck in a gunfight with low ground disadvantage. 2.alpha team can still go left, but instead they rotate all the way around to C flag and into bravos spawn point and try to win the match with flipped sides. problem with this is bravo still has control of the middle AND bravo will still have a slight high ground advantage since the middle of the map technically is the high point. 3. alpha can try to go right towards the boxes near B flag and use the boxes as cover. problem here is that pretty much any grenade will tear you up when you only have a few small boxes as cover 4. alpha can go straight up the middle guns 420 blazin. good luck 5. finally you can camp in the back with a sniper, 2 snipers, or F it and go all 3 snipers and hope that your opponent peaks. a smart team will not peak, then when you push for cap point you lose cuz ur on alpha side. I don't think I'm going to be playing trials when twilight gap is the map, your games should not be decided before the fighting even starts. you can check my kd, I don't really care tbh. as a pretty good player if I want to go flawless I can go flawless but I'm tired of getting to 7 or 8 wins and praying to rngesus that I get bravo side. very frustrating weekend, so I'm just gonna pass on it this time around. no point in getting pissed off at a videogame.
