Upon signing back into Destiny, my Hunter's grenade is never properly set to the tripmine, but rather to the seeker grenade. I have only tested this on an Xbox One, from low power mode, and on a Gunslinger Hunter. Please see the subthread between myself and xROYAL SNIPESx below for details on the Titan issue.
