So disappointed to see how the Destiny's lore is bad constructed
Since D1, I've always loved the world of Destiny. I've always loved even just going around with my Hunter for the Wilds, looking for what has remained from the Golden Age, trying to understand what happend during the Collapse. Observing the Vex architectures on Venus. Wandering for the Dreadnaught, huge, dark, full of secrets.
Howhever, we all know how the lore of Destiny is bad written, bad organized, bad constructed and bad told. How many players complained about that? And many still do. After three years of Destiny, we knew nothing for sure. Only conjectures, only theories. Nothing was sure. Except for one thing: more we learned about the story of Destiny by the Grimore, descriptions and scannables, and more we understood that the story of Destiny was full of inconsistencies.
The real start of all the Destiny's lore is just something that doesn't stand. Remember?
"Something hitted us. Only few of us survived and no one remember what happened".
Seriously, who believed for such a thing even only for one second? Just by playing Destiny's vanilla you can easily understand HOW this is bull****.
So, in the middle of the most advanced age of humanity, we have suddenly been attacked by something and we were almost exstinguished, but nothing -NOTHING- remained to prove what happened. Nothing. In the entire solar system that we were colonized, nothing remained. Nothing.
Few of us survived... so few of us KNEW what happened, but for some reason, that something wasn't transcribed or told to the first next generation post Collapse and this even after to the others generations. Even the first Guardians know nothing about.
And also if we interact we old computers, ancient technologies, advanced AI survived to the Collapse, also if we can find informations and datas about what happened centuries ago... we can't find ONE SINGLE DATE, one single information, one single proof of what, how and when happened in the Collapse? Seriously? You wanna tell me that there is, I don't know, a calendar, an advertisment poster, something that can tell us when everything stopped?! Nothing?!
And now, it seems that in the second DLC that will come out on May we'll finally discover what happened by interact with an ancient AI in the Manhattan Nuclear Zone... mah.
I really can't understand HOW this story is been possible made up.
