Finished Zero Hour on Normal difficulty with damagedparadise & tmac21564 as of 7:33pm EST with PS4 share saved video clip of Outbreak Perfected not dropping for the group after completion of killing all bosses and all enemies. No scene where ship spawns and immeadietly removed us without time stopping.
